This is warranty info for JP amplifiers by Down4sound.

  • Down4sound reserves the right and can, and will, warranty ALL JP amplifiers deemed as a true warranty claim by our 3rd party amplifier repair technician and or down4sound personnel handling the issue.

PHOTOS:

You must take a photo or video of the following and send it to customer service: (PROCEDURE IS A MANDATORY)

    • Amplifier: ground, power, and settings installed in the vehicle and amplifier mounting location.
    • Using a multimeter, ohm out the subwoofer while connected to the amplifier AND INSTALLED. (++) if you do not have one, we, the personnel handling the return, may wave this at their own discretion.
    • Picture of rest voltage and any battery, alternators, and wiring used to install. If any.

COVERAGE:

  • Down4sound DOES NOT warranty amplifiers installed with user error and or installation error. We warranty all DEEMED manufacturing defects. This does not include any unknown knowledge, by mistake, incidents. or acts of god(s). Natural disasters. Theft…
  • THE WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
  • ALL .5 ohm warranties are a 1-time use. Once used, it will not be eligible for re-use.
  • THE WARRANTY IS FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
  • WE WILL WARRANTY AMPLIFIERS, BE POLITE AND LOGICAL; ANYTHING ALONG THE LINES OF SCREAMING, YELLING, AND MISTREATING DOWN4SOUND PERSONNEL, WE WILL NOT WARRANTY ANYTHING.  PLEASE BE POLITE; WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.

SENDING IN YOUR AMPLIFIER (SHIPPING):

  • Keep all your boxes! The boxes used to ship the JP amplifiers are designed for shipping safely across the planet. IN SHIPPING, THINGS GET DESTROYED, SO PLEASE PACK THE AMPLIFIERS FOR BATTLE.
  • Our A+ Customer Service will send you a prepaid shipping label
  • IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO SHIP A AMPLIFIER, ASK!
  • IF YOU just throw it in a box with no secure packaging, your additional damages in shipping because the sender chose to neglect the procedure. This may cost the user more money, not Down4sound. Please let’s follow the rules.

All remotes, both wireless and wired:

  • If your remote, aka the bass knob, is a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.
  • Any abuse will not be covered with any scenarios of by mistake, incidents. or acts of god(s). Natural disasters. Theft. ETC.
  • We will send you a new remote via mail.
